PK Machinery Attended Zhengzhou Google China Lecture

On Dec. 22nd, 2015, our Manager Mr. Lu with two colleagues attended the Lecture held in Zhengzhou, which was sponsored by Google China, undertook by Zhengzhou Sinoart. This lecture had achieved great success.

In this lecture, the founder of Sinoart Mr. Wong had a speech and narrated service concept and developing vision of Sinoart and how they helped companies make use of new tool and technology to make a profit. Also, the manager Mr. Fan of Google Boreal Realm introduced the Google developing trend in China. Meanwhile, attended companies shared their development of foreign trade experiences. Form this lecture, all of us had learned a lot.

Belt conveyor trippers for wooden chip were dispatched to Thailand

Last week(11th December),circular vibrating screen,belt conveyor with tripper designed for wooden chip production line were loaded to containers to be delivered from Qingdao Port to Bangkok PAT Port,all equipment will arrive with client after 10 ten days’ sailing.

Circular vibrating screen is used to separate wooden chip size larger than 50mm,and stone size smaller than 4mm. While the belt conveyor with tripper of width 1000mm and 650mm ,length 25m and 42m will be placed on the warehouse top in order to convey wooden chip to achieve the fully utilization of warehouse storage.

Besides,metal detector,permanent magnet and drum separator are also required by client,the permanent magnet which will be installed at the feeding end aiming at preventing materials from metals,metal detector and drum separator are used for the purpose of eliminating the metal in the production line.

Deliver Conveyor Rainproof Cover to Madagascar

It's really good news for both our customer and us that conveyor rainproof cover was delivered to Toamasina, Madagascar as planned. PK Machinery provide high quality conveyor rainproof cover and other mining machinery, looking forward to your enquiry.

Last week, more than 600 pieces conveyor rainproof cover used for belt conveyor was delivered from Shanghai Port. These goods were ordered by our Madagascar customer, and they will be transported to the Toamasina port as anticipated one month.

According to the information offered by our customer, we provided three kinds of conveyor rainproof cover to them. One is matched with 800mm belt width conveyor, another is matched with 1000mm belt width, and the last one is matched with 1400mm belt width. Meanwhile, the quantities of conveyor rainproof conveyor are 490 pieces, 110 pieces, 40 pieces respectively. Also, they have the same thickness that is 0.8mm.

PK Has Improved Gyratory Screen Mesh Technology

Gyratory screens ordered by our New Zealand customer have been screened glass. To meet their demand, we have designed and improved our production technology of mesh. Because of special features of materials screened, the connection of upper mesh and under mesh must be fastened and the sealing performance should be better.

In this case, we adopt air hole buckles to connect two meshes. The concrete method is that every air hole buckle is embedded at the edge of screen mesh in order. In this way can it extend the service of gyratory screen mesh and meet the requirements of our customer.

Screw Conveyor Used for Food Gelatin has been Delivered to Philippines

On November 1st, 2015, stainless steel screw conveyors ordered by our Philippines customer was delivered to the destination of Manila South port from Qingdao port.

Our customer ordered two screw conveyors, one has 6m length from inlet to outlet, another has 3 length. It is used to deal with gelatin which is used for food processing and production line.Based on the information customer offered us, our engineer designed and chose LS250 stainless steel screw conveyor to meet the requirements. On October 18th, 2015, PK Family---staffs of international trade department (ITD) has been to Paoma Ridge to take part in outdoor activity. Due to long time office work, it's better for us to go on a trip. No matter how close the way to your home, it's really a great experience for us to join a outdoor activity. Analyze Decrease of Copper Mine Production

Due to the decrease of copper mine production, China's copper concentrate production decrease phenomenon has been attracting extensive attention. According to the data of State Statistics Bureau, it shows that China copper concentrate production was 970 thousand tons from January to July, which declined 5%.

As copper prices crashed, the proportion for the decrease of domestic copper mine production increases, but they are mainly private medium and small mines, it is reported that 35% of the domestic copper enterprises are private, however, there is no obvious decrease production for 65% of the state-owned mining enterprises temporarily.

It is believed that the following four reasons lead to the decrease of copper mine production :

Copper prices: the global economy recession, China's economic growth is slowing, the copper market demand is weakened, so copper has a steep fall in price.

Environmental policy: as the domestic environmental protection policy becomes more and more strict in recent years, more and more small and medium-sized mining enterprises are affected by this policy, so the production decreases.

Mining exploring difficulty: as the mining exploring difficulty of domestic copper increases, the mining grade decreases and the enterprise cost rises.

Capital: tight bank lending for mining enterprises and the available funds are not ideal, which bring great fund pressure to enterprises.

It is understood that although the domestic mine production decrease phenomenon is relatively serious, refinery plant has steady procurement demand of copper mine, so the market keeps in balance.

It is expected that the production of China domestic copper concentrate is about 1.6 million tons, however ,the production was 1.74 million tons in 2014.

Repeat Order- Frame of Gyratory Screen was Delivered to Indonesia

On September 21st, 2015, 6 frames of gyratory screen were delivered to Jakarta port, Indonesia from Qingdao port. They will be transported to the port of destination after 10 days as planned.

This order is a repeat order from our Sri Lanka customer who has a plant in Indonesia and ordered PXZS1530 type gyratory screen in 2012. The machine is mainly dealt with activated carbon and its capacity is 1500kg/h.

Gyratory Screen used for Tea was Delivered to India

It is really a good news for our Indian customer and us that one set gyratory screen used for tea was delievred to India on Spe. 11th, 2015. We believe this business can realize our mutual benefit.

Bentonite Rotary Vibrating Screen will be Delivered to Poland

Vibratory Feeder and Portable Belt Conveyor Have Been Delivered

It is really a good news for us and our customers that vibratory feeder and portable belt conveyor ordered by Kazakhstan and Philippines clients have been delivered.

On August 19th, 2015, trommel screen, belt conveyors, vibratory feeder, hopper and gate valve ordered by Kazakhstan client and DY5012 portable belt conveyor ordered by Philippines client have been delivered from our company.

On August 26th, 2015, machines oredred by Kazakhstan client will be delivered to Astana, Kazakhstan from port of Xi’an by railway. And as a production line, trommel screen, belt conveyors, vibratory feeder and hopper are mainly used to screen and convey sand.

On August 23th, 2015, DY5012 portable belt conveyor ordered by Philippines client will be delivered to Cebu from Qindao port. Dry Sand Drum Screen Ordered by Kazakhstan client has been Finished Production

On 14th August, Drum screen, belt conveyor and vibrating feeder ordered by Kazakhstan
client are finished production and ready for delivery.

Our client is mainly dealing with building brick and curbstone production line, these

machines will be used for screening and conveying 8-10t/h dry sand with density of

1.4 t/m3, the working principle is as follows:

The dry sand will be transported to silo by forklift, and then the matetials will be fed uniformly to 14m belt conveyor through a vibrating feeder. After that, the belt conveyor will convey the dry sand to drum screen with 1200mm diameter. The dry sand will be delivered to next production stage by forklift after the screening process.

Portable Belt Conveyors and other Mining Machines will be Delivered to Romania

On August 4th, 2015, sand blasting mining machines including one circular vibrating screen, one hopper, one vibrating feeder and three portable belt conveyors used to deal with iron ore were delivered to Qingdao port. And these machines will be delivered to Romania from Qingdao port on August 7th.

Vibrating Feeder will be Delivered to Thailand

On 5th August, vibrating feeder ordered by Thailand client will be delivered to Qingdao port. This is a repeat order from our client which is used for feeding. The vibrating feeder is dealing with 13 tons per hour wooden chip, our engineer selected a seated type with a sealed cover to meet the requirement.

The seated type of vibrating feeder is composed of feeding trough body, exciter, spring support and driving device. It is utilizing the centrifugal force produced by the rotation of eccentric block driving the feeding trough body and exciter doing continuous circular or similar like circular movement, which makes material flows continuously to achieve the purpose of feeding.
