New Order Rotary Vibrating Screen was Shipped 

At the beginning of 2016, PK Machinery has made a shipment of rotary vibrating screen used for attapulgite clay to Johannesburg port in South Africa from Qingdao port. Though this is a small order, it has highlighted a good start.

Learning that this rotary vibrating screen was going to deal with attapulgite clay which density is 800kg/m3 and moisture is 8%, our engineers suggested that it was better to adopt model XZS-1500-4 which mesh sizes were 4mm,2mm,1.18mm,0.5mm respectively. This type can greatly reach the goal of 2 tons per hour output. Based on this, we got good press from our customers and they showed their idea of working with us again.

Last week,PK Machinery dispatched its first batch of cargo from Qingdao port to Johannesburg port in the new year 2016!

The equipment,rotary vibrating screen is used for sieving attapulgite clay with 800kg/m3 density and 8% moisture,the total output is 2 tons per hour.Meanwhile,our client requires 4 lays,mesh sizes are:4mm,2mm,1.18mm,0.5mm.

After knowing well of client’s requirement,PK engineer configured model XZS-1500-4,which can achieve the expected output,besides,we also suggested some screen mesh and vertical motor as spare parts,client spoke highly of our considerate advice and expressed his wish to cooperate with PK Machinery again.

Well begun is half done,we are sure we will advance a further step in 2016!

As an old saying goes: a year's plan stars with spring. Along with the festive sound of firecrackers, PK Machinery has hold the opening ceremony in this spring. At the beginning, the leader gave a speech to stress that hoped all staff could be united as one to greatly promote the development of our company and believed that we can make a great achievement in 2016.

After that, we also received a red envelope, all of us are permeated with a smile on faces and our vision of the future. At the same time, we invited drum corps and dance group to show performances to celebrate the opening ceremony. The scene was very lively and exciting.
