Vibratory Feeder and Portable Belt Conveyor Have Been Delivered

It is really a good news for us and our customers that vibratory feeder and portable belt conveyor ordered by Kazakhstan and Philippines clients have been delivered.

On August 19th, 2015, trommel screen, belt conveyors, vibratory feeder, hopper and gate valve ordered by Kazakhstan client and DY5012 portable belt conveyor ordered by Philippines client have been delivered from our company.

 

On August 26th, 2015, machines oredred by Kazakhstan client will be delivered to Astana, Kazakhstan from port of Xi’an by railway. And as a production line, trommel screen, belt conveyors, vibratory feeder and hopper are mainly used to screen and convey sand.

 

On August 23th, 2015, DY5012 portable belt conveyor ordered by Philippines client will be delivered to Cebu from Qindao port. Our customer has ordered two portable belt conveyors, two spare belts and some spare rollers. And this belt conveyor is used to convey packed bag that weighs 50kg. Due to move easily, it can improve conveying efficiency better. At the same time, our client speaks highly of our service.

Dry Sand Drum Screen Ordered by Kazakhstan client has been Finished Production

On 14th August, Drum screen, belt conveyor and vibrating feeder ordered by Kazakhstan
client are finished production and ready for delivery.

Our client is mainly dealing with building brick and curbstone production line, these 

machines will be used for screening and conveying 8-10t/h dry sand with density of 

1.4 t/m3, the working principle is as follows:

The dry sand will be transported to silo by forklift, and then the matetials will be fed uniformly to 14m belt conveyor through a vibrating feeder. After that, the belt conveyor  will convey the dry sand to drum screen with 1200mm diameter. The dry sand will be delivered to next production stage by forklift after the screening process.

Portable Belt Conveyors and other Mining Machines will be Delivered to Romania

On August 4th, 2015, sand blasting mining machines including one circular vibrating screen, one hopper, one vibrating feeder and three portable belt conveyors used to deal with iron ore were delivered to Qingdao port. And these machines will be delivered to Romania from Qingdao port on August 7th. 

 

According to our customer’s requirement, we designed and manufactured YK1230 circular vibrating screen with more than 200 t/h handling capacity, it can be used for ore dressing, power, chemical industry,construction material.

 

As a part of circular vibrating screen, hopper is used to discharge materials.

 

With a length of 1000mm, width of 1500mm, vibrating feeder can feed material for belt conveyor, vibrating screen, crusher etc.

With belt width of 800mm, 650mm, 650mm respectively, DY portable belt conveyors can not only convey bulk material, but also packed products.

On 5th August, vibrating feeder ordered by Thailand client will be delivered to Qingdao port. This is a repeat order from our client which is used for feeding. The vibrating feeder is dealing with 13 tons per hour wooden chip, our engineer selected a seated type with a sealed cover to meet the requirement.

The seated type of vibrating feeder is composed of feeding trough body, exciter, spring support and driving device. It is utilizing the centrifugal force produced by the rotation of eccentric block driving the feeding trough body and exciter doing continuous circular or similar like circular movement, which makes material flows continuously to achieve the purpose of feeding.
